HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Our orders are received every business day at 08:00 am and will be delivered within 24-72 hours in mainland Spain and Portugal. In the rest of the territories the delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on the country.

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. will leave the warehouse the same day.

The shipping company will send you an email with the package tracking number.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is free for mainland Spain and Portugal via SEUR.

Shipping is free to Europe via DHL.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: shipping costs €12.50 (orders over €150 free shipping). Shipments to the Canary Islands via Correos, Balearic Islands SEUR.

For shipments to all of America: shipments via DHL.

Shipments to the Canary Islands are made through Correos. The tracking number is not generated automatically, so it must be requested from Vidorreta by email.

Vidorreta is not responsible for any fees and/or taxes that may apply in each country, island or autonomous city (including customs).

FREE SIZE EXCHANGES

The first size change is free and is only available for mainland Spain and Portugal. The customer has a period of 14 days to manage said change.

RETURNS

Vidorreta accepts the return of its products within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that they are in perfect condition and have not been used. In addition, they must be sent in their original box, which cannot be sealed or damaged.

For returns of cash on delivery orders, the account number must be provided to web@vidorreta.com

The refund amount will be €5.90 and will be deducted from the corresponding refund.

Returns are not allowed for tapes and tubulars.
