Following our tradition since 1995, the process of making Vidorreta espadrilles is 100% handmade and made in Spain. A collection based on tradition and innovation, using natural and sustainable raw materials. Our hand-stitching makes each model unique and special.
We recommend that you use a damp cloth with water to gently clean the leather of our models. You can also use a soft bristle brush. They do not need any additional care as the leather has been previously treated.
To clean jute soles, it is best to use a soft-bristled brush to remove any dust that may be stuck to them. Do not immerse or wash in the washing machine.
Our models fit a standard size, so we recommend choosing the size you normally wear. If you have any doubts about choosing your size, you can consult the size guide on the product page for each model and it will help you choose the most suitable one based on the measurements you provide.
We know that during the winter our feet need extra protection from the cold and water. That's why our jute boots have a special water-repellent treatment to prevent them from being damaged by water and to protect your feet from humidity. Even so, we recommend not exposing them to large torrents or taking them out into the snow. And keep them in a dry, moisture-free place so that they remain in perfect condition.

SHIPPING
Once you have made your purchase, the order will be registered in our system and you will receive an email confirming the products purchased. This email will contain an order number that is important for you to keep in case you want to make an exchange or return.
Our orders are served every working day and will be delivered within 24-72 hours in mainland Spain. In the rest of the territories they will be delivered within 3-7 days depending on the country.
The shipping company will send you an email with the package tracking number.
Orders received on Friday afternoons, weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed. You must wait for it to arrive at the destination and then proceed with a return.
You can check the status of your order in your account. If you are not registered on vidorreta.com, check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you of your order. If after the shipping period you have not received your order, you can contact us via email at web@vidorreta.com

SIZE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The first size change is free and is only available for mainland Spain and Portugal. The customer has a period of 14 days to manage said change.
For size changes made outside these territories, the customer will be responsible for shipping, both the return shipment (pick up) and the new shipment of the package.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchased item, they may return it within 14 days of receiving the order. The cost and responsibility for return shipping must always be borne by the customer. The return amount will be €5.90 and will be deducted from the corresponding refund. The Vidorreta product must be in the same condition in which you received it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labelled and in its original packaging. We cannot return any item that is not in perfect condition.
On the other hand, tapes and tubulars do not allow returns.

Once we receive your return at our logistics centre and the product is verified, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used. The customer will receive a return confirmation email within a maximum of 14 days. Please note that this period may be longer during Christmas, sales and promotions such as Black Friday, etc.
It is essential that the merchandise is in perfect condition and with its original box/packaging in order to return an item, otherwise the return may be rejected.
